At Sernivo, we stand behind the quality, performance, and durability of our products. Every desk is covered by a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty designed to give you confidence and peace of mind with your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or office use, starting from the original date of purchase.

✅ What This Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failure of motors, electronics, or control components under normal use.
  • Structural issues affecting desk stability during proper use.

❌ What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface scratches.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper assembly.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, excessive humidity, or extreme temperatures.
  • Natural variations in color, texture, or finish of desktop materials.
Important:
Damage or loss that occurs during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

2. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact us with the information below.

  • Email: contact@sernivo.store
  • Include: Order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, Sernivo will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Product repair guidance
  • Replacement with a new or refurbished unit of equal value

Shipping Costs for Warranty Replacements:

  • First 12 months: Sernivo covers replacement shipping within the U.S.
  • After 12 months: Customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

3. Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
